Paul fixed my painfully sore neck that I suffered with terribly for over a week. The next day I able to function again and get on with my job. Paul pummelled and man handled the stubborn knots in my right shoulder blade into submission. I normally don't get massages but this worked a treat. Needless to say I highly recommend and will be booking a follow up. Thanks.

I have been relying on a regular Chiro visit for the past 15 years but since having a regular massage with Paul I have not needed to return to the Chiro. It's much cheaper and more fun having a massage! I literally have sent along a dozen friends to Paul since and they too are now regulars. Best massages ever!

Just had my 3rd massage in 2 months. Areas that I didn't even realise were sore or tense are now feeling far more relaxed and supple. The lymphatic drainage in particular was so much easier today than the last 2 visits.
Extremely professional presentation and so worth the bargain price - it is worthwhile treating yourself on a regular basis!

I went to Paul on a recommendation from my friend April. I have had on going shoulder pain stemming from a torn rotator cuff. I had physio and I had to stop going to the gym due to the constant pain. I could barely lift my arm independently without pain. I was living on Voltaren tablets and decided to give Paul a go. BEST DECISION ever. I haven't looked back.
